Clarendon

Clarendon is one of Jamaica's youngest parishes and it was named in honour of the Lord Chancellor Sir Edward Hyde, Earl of Clarendon. Annually, Clarendon hosts the Caribbean’s largest agricultural show: Denbigh Agricultural Show. Denbigh Agricultural Show is held every August for three days and it is deemed as an official Jamaican Independence activity. This event is used to highlight and celebrate the wealth of domestic and agricultural produce in Jamaica.
